We are delighted to have a new stock of bags and other crafts made by refugees available for sale at next Saturday’s winter fair.
The Safe Passage Bags are made by refugees on Lesvos from discarded lifejackets and other material, as part of a project managed by Greek NGO Lesvos Solidarity.
Meanwhile on Cyprus Refumade, run by Refugee Support Europe, provides similar opportunities for refugees on that island to improve their skills while producing fashionable items for retail sale.
