Elliot talking at 2019 AGM

Annual General Meeting

Date: 21 October 2021
Time: 12:00 am - 12:00 am
Location: St Barnabas Church, Mill Road, Cambridge CB1 2BD

Everyone is invited to CamCRAG’s Annual General Meeting and Get Together at St Barnabas Church on Mill Road, 7.30pm on Thursday 21 October. The evening will include presentation of the annual report and accounts, election of new trustees by CamCRAG members, and talks from guest speakers Amber Bauer from Donate4Refugees and Elliot Harris from The Aid Hub UK.

Please register for the AGM online here.

You can download our annual report for 2020-21, which includes the accounts which will be presented at the meeting, as a PDF at camcrag.org.uk/docs/annualreport2021.pdf

Why do I need to register? Can’t I just show up?

Because numbers are limited by St. Barnabas, we need to keep track of how many people are coming. Also, we need to know if you are a voting member so we can give you a voting card at the door.

Covid measures

We’re asking everyone to take a lateral flow test before coming to the AGM and show their NHS Covid pass at the door.

Refreshments will be served, but this will be after the business of the meeting and presentations are over, so if you are concerned about this part of the evening you can opt out without missing anything.
